Our Story

International Interior Images evolved in 1998 from the need for premium quality guest amenities for luxury hotels, resorts and lodges around Australia and New Zealand. Our owner and founder Val Harding decided to source products which were of significantly higher quality than what was available in hotels at the time. Today, we continue to offer a portfolio of luxury, international brands of hotel toiletries, at affordable prices, supported by friendly and efficient service.

Over the journey, we have also developed our own Australian made range and Australian inspired collections produced using the finest ingredients. Our high quality ethos begins with the first drop of water, purified through an industry leading eight stage purification process.

With Honesty, Integrity, Quality and Service as our business cornerstones, Social and Environmental responsibility are our philosophical ones. Philanthropic gestures extend beyond regular sponsorship of charities, through donations of goods to organisations caring for the sick and homeless, to our partnership with the wonderful children’s charity TLC for Kids, who literally benefits from the sale of every ‘All About Me’ tube.

In eager support of protecting our fragile environment, a number of ‘green’ initiatives have been implemented, including our alignment with like-minded suppliers. Our Australian inspired products and customised ranges are all produced using soy based inks and our Australian Made ‘naked’ soaps have saved production and disposal of literally tonnes of soap packaging. We offer the option of adding EcoPure to plastics to greatly improve their biodegradability in landfill, we use recyclable packaging and we never test our products on animals.
